A Work in Progress....
Welcome to the new Me~We! blogspot! I am very excited about this new adventure and look forward to what the Lord has in store along the way! I aspire to post various things that encourage us moms to keep going the distance in a world that at times can leave us drained.....As much as I Love Lucy even I have to admit that there is not enough Vita- Meata- Vegimen to get us through most days! (Maybe she really did drink it all!) However sipping on the Holy Spirit throughout your day will give you the strength to tackle those mountains in your daily life!
I will be tweaking this page as it develops, so please come and visit it again soon! Have a blessed day!
Isaiah 40:31 (The Message)
27-31Why would you ever complain, O Jacob, (insert your name if you would like!)
or, whine, Israel, saying,
"God has lost track of me.
He doesn't care what happens to me"?
Don't you know anything? Haven't you been listening?
God doesn't come and go. God lasts.
He's Creator of all you can see or imagine.
He doesn't get tired out, doesn't pause to catch his breath.
And he knows everything, inside and out.
He energizes those who get tired,
gives fresh strength to dropouts.
For even young people tire and drop out,
young folk in their prime stumble and fall.
But those who wait upon God get fresh strength.
They spread their wings and soar like eagles,
They run and don't get tired,
they walk and don't lag behind.
from the desk of a loved mommy!

Personal Thoughts:
Mon. Aug. 31, 2009
You-I am coming back to you! When? The time is now! It has been a long summer I felt as though I had lost my direction but I know you are my inspiration, my all, my life, my joy, my peace! Homesick! I long to be back in the intimacy of your presence. You are such a safe God of refuge. I ask that you come and fill me. As I survey my time I ask of you how do I use the this day that has been granted to me-so freely? I have the same 24 hours in my day as every other human being! I want to make a difference!
Wed. Sept 2, 2009
As I was walking away from my computer this morning I heard the Holy Spirit prompt me with the thought that this is what His children do with Him. We do thump our finger on our watch and say, “When God? When.” He is not to be dictated to by our watch! My time is in His hands. I thank you God for the days of my life that you in your loving kindness have already numbered for me!
Today I heard the song by and it made me pause and ponder my future.....Amy Grant “In a Little While” ....when will this day end?.....In a little while we will be with the Father, Can’t you see Him smile? In a little while we will be home forever in awhile.....We are just here to learn to love Him!
“love without end”.....wow God You are my God and you love me for all of eternity!

Our First Time!
Our summer kicked off hot and dry as usual for this part of Texas. We faithful firsts were excited to begin our new journey call Me~We! (a touch of French accent) I just love it when our Heavenly Father has a special gift for his daughters. We ended up having a unexpected rain shower that pushed through our area with some force. Our spirits were not dampened and we felt like it was a encouraging sign to expect something new! Scrapbooking, and crafting and eating was enjoyed by all of us! The greatest gift of all was just hanging our and laughing!
Till next time,
Teresa

Me~We! (quick version of who we are!)
Me~We!
“Mamas Exchanging Wisdom & Encouragement”
“Help I need more than a trite cliche!”
Who: All women who are college-career and up
What: Learning the art of acceptance as called women of God, walking out of apathetic lifestyles embracing the passion, fullness and liberty of Zion!
Why: In our society today most of us will find ourselves in the midst of melodrama and we can choose to walk as a mellow mama making melody in our hearts and refusing to be cast center stage! Regardless of your age there will always be older women for you to support and younger women for you to protect.
When: Me~We! will meet approximately every six weeks, however the emphasis will be to encourage other women on a daily basis.
Where: WOLC
How: By breaking bread and nourishing the body, providing an activity for the hands, wisdom for the mind and encouragement for the heart!

Mellow Drama Mama (a vision that could have a big impact for the future generations!)
Mellow Drama Mama
Are you chilling today as the anointed mother of children (natural, adopted or spiritual) that Father God as called you to be? (look in the dictionary at the words Mellow and Melodrama....girlfriends there in the middle we shall see ourselves! We can walk in the “Mellow Season of our life even when our children are “casting” us for center stage in the Melodrama of their lives. He really has called us to make Melody in our hearts with our children (like minded; single purpose) because we will spend eternity with them! Wow! Backwards is still Wow! Even upside down it spells MOM! Wow Mom!
Mellow: Soft, sweet, juicy, and full-flavored because of ripeness: a mellow fruit. 2. Suggesting softness, sweetness, juiciness, full flavor. “The mellow air brought in the feel of imminent autumn” 2. Rich and soft in quality 3. Having the gentleness, wisdom or dignity often characteristic of maturity 4. Relaxed and at ease. 5. Slightly and pleasantly intoxicated.
Melodrama: A dramatic presentation characterized by heavy use of suspense, sensational episodes, romantic sentiment, and a conventionally happy ending. 2. Behavior or occurrences having melodramatic characteristics.
Melody: A pleasing succession or arrangement of sounds. 2 Musical quality 3. A rhythmically organized sequence of single tones so related to one another as to make up a particular musical phrase or idea.
Do you need a Bible verse to prove that “girlfriend” time is needed?
Guide older women into lives of reverence so they end up as neither gossips nor drunks, but models of goodness. By looking at them, the younger women will know how to love their husbands and children, be virtuous and pure, keep a good house, be good wives. Titus 2:3-4 (Message Bible)
No matter what your age is if you are a mother you are surrounded by younger mothers and older mothers. This is a fresh season we are anointed to walk in as supporting the older mothers while protecting the younger mothers.
